All Nestled In

Birds of a feather stick together, right? A lot of gryphons nest on the ground, too big for the trees, but I like to play it safe. I cuddle up high in the boughs with my cute little cousins – or at least, that’s how I think of them. And they seem to value my company (although more likely they value my claws and size) and often help me clean my nest, of they bring me nice shiny things they’ve found, like shells or stones.

Besides, it’s great fun to watch people on the paths below as they spot my nest, and wonder what kind of giant bird could make such a home.
