Spirits have adapted to human life, too. Just because a tree grows in an urban garden does not mean it has any less of its wild energy and life than a tree in an untouched woodland. Rivers, trees and stone may still rise into their mysterious forms, and those forms may change as the town or city around them changes.
This one has a cheery disposition but its purpose is unclear. It doesn’t seem to do anything of note, beyond sometimes picking up the trash that falls from the bins. Maybe it doesn’t need to do anything, or its old purpose is lost and its new one not yet found. Like people, spirits change throughout their lives, and just like people, there can be slower, less productive moments for them also.
